The Client
The WA Hiking Expo came to us to create a website for the inaugural event. The brainchild of the good folks at HikeWest we were more than happy to get on board.
The Brief
The first and main point of the brief was ‘2 weeks to launch’. We don’t mind a little pressure so we jumped right in. The site firstly needed to provide all the information of the Expo and then allow visitors to signup and pay for walks that would run throughout the day.
The Outcome
We launched right on time which was a great effort by us and the Expo team. The website clearly displays or the most important information and also has the right vibe to get people engaged and excited about getting outdoors. A custom ‘book your hike’ feature was implemented to allow attendees to signup and pay for any of the walks they would like to do on the day. We look forward to seeing this event appearing for years to come.
